1. The Love Post

The Love Post is a relationship-focused mail product designed to help couples stay close on purpose through prompts, rituals, and physical mail.

2. Founding member deposit

• The current $5 payment is a founding member deposit.
• It saves a spot before launch.
• It is not a full subscription payment.
• It does not automatically start a recurring monthly or annual membership.

3. Launch timing

• The Love Post is currently in pre-launch.
• Launch timing, product details, pricing, and availability may change as the business develops.
• Customers will receive updates as launch gets closer.

4. Membership selection later

• When The Love Post launches, founding members will get first access to choose a membership option.
• Monthly or annual membership terms will be provided before any recurring billing begins.

5. Customer information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate email and mailing information.
• Customers should contact hello@lovepost.ca if their information changes.

6. Acceptable use

Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with the site, or attempt to access systems they are not authorized to access.

7. Changes to the service

The Love Post may update the website, product, pricing, timing, or terms as the business develops.
