We use this information to:

• reserve founding member spots
• process payments
• send confirmation and launch updates
• prepare future mailings
• improve The Love Post before launch

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe.

The Love Post does not store full credit card numbers.

We may store payment status, payment amount, Stripe customer, session, or payment identifiers, and related order records.

4. Email updates

Customers may receive confirmation emails and launch-related updates.

Marketing emails are sent where consent has been provided or where otherwise permitted.

Customers can contact hello@lovepost.ca with questions or update requests.

5. Mailing addresses

Mailing addresses are collected so The Love Post can eventually send physical mail.

Customers should contact hello@lovepost.ca if their address changes before launch.

6. Service providers

Customer and order information may be processed or stored using tools we use to run the business, including:

• Supabase
• Stripe
• Netlify
• Resend

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers can email hello@lovepost.ca to ask to delete, correct, or update their information.
