1. Founding member deposit

• The $5 founding member deposit reserves a place before launch.
• It is not a recurring subscription.
• It does not automatically start a monthly or annual membership.

2. Refund requests

• If you paid by mistake or change your mind before launch, email hello@lovepost.ca and we’ll help.
• Please include the email address you used at checkout.

3. Incorrect information

If you entered the wrong email, name, or mailing address, email hello@lovepost.ca so The Love Post can help update your information.

4. Future subscriptions

Future monthly or annual subscription cancellation and refund terms will be provided before official memberships begin.
